“Don't criticize, condemn or complain”

Everyone interprets criticism differently, especially in email format, where tone is unknown. Instead of condemning people, try to understand them and figure out why they do what they do.

Dealing with people is an art and there is a technique to doing it effectively. It takes character and self-control to be understanding and forgiving.
