Over the years, Kim's strengths as President of the Maine Life Real Estate Team has garnered some recognition as "Maine's Major Real Estate Player" by The C.E. Shop Team, March 2021, 2019 Nominee for Best Realtor in the "Best Of Portland Old Port Awards", and consistently in the top 10% of producing agents in the state of Maine. She also sits on the Board of Directors at the Greater Portland Board of Realtors, and Maine Association of Realtors.

Kim may spend her days leading her team at their Scarborough office, but it’s her work as the Founder of Females of Real Estate that gets her up in the morning. A monthly mastermind focused to bring women professionals together and curate a community of collaboration, support, and value. Kim's passion is shaping the future of how real estate is done in her market by encouraging women Realtors to strive to be better business owners. Kim is an avid reader, and loves creating art, and spending time with her husband traveling the world .
